What happens when you want to write but not sure what to write about?

Well guess what friends, you write anyways.

I woke up this morning, at 9 am (it’s Saturday today) super pumped about starting a new writing day for the blog but sometimes the inspiration is not there.

And you know what? I’m not alone. I read somewhere that no matter what, a writer should always be push himself or herself to write, and that’s I’m doing right now.

I feel like that’s every starting writers or bloggers problem/issue. Finding motivation to keep on writing while being unsure if you’re being read or not. But honestly, is this why I decided to start writing? To be read? Or to write? I mean, I know that I write to be able to stir up people’s emotions and I really hope I get to do that or maybe already had the chance to do it.

I’ve been writing since I was 7 years old actually. I mean, writing is a strong word, but I remember going for summer vacations at my dad’s place in Florida and actually journaling every day. And of course, I wouldn’t write novels but I still would write. And I would write efficiently.

For example, there was one day I went to Disney world. For what I wrote, “went to Disney world. It was fun. Haha.” I mean, wow.. must’ve been a fun day, little Nelly!

Anyways, all of this to say that I love writing. I loved writing since I learned to write and I love to create.

So even if I am not sure what to write about, the most important thing is not to let this momentum take over my mind because if I do so, I would lose my motivation to write completely – and that ain’t gonna happen.

Did this post make any sense to you?  Cause it still doesn’t make any to me but I still liked writing it!
