RECIPE: Four-Berry Blend Healthy Smoothie

I know, it’s hot outside. You want to get all kinds of ice cream to help with the heat. I know, I get it. Trust me, if I could satisfy my summer cravings with a double chocolate chip frappuccino from Starbucks every day, I would. But I can’t because first I would have to say goodbye to the summer bod that I don’t have anyways (and not planning on getting) and I would get tired of that frappuccino. And the latter is just a horrible reality coming straight up from a scary flick.

So, I figured a healthy AND STILL VERY DELISH alternative and solution to my problem. AND MAYBE TO YOURS TOO!

Alright, so first off – here’s what you’ll need.

  • Frozen Four-Berry Blend Pack from PC
  • One Banana
  • Honey
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • A blender

Wait.. that’s it? YES – you are four simple ingredients and one blender away from pure happiness my friends.

So, here’s how you’ll do it:

Peel up the banana, grab a handful of frozen fruits and dump it all in the blender. Once this is done, fill it up with that delicious unsweetened almond milk (just enough to cover the fruit) and drizzle the top with a little bit of honey to make it a little sweet – AND VOILA!

It’s fast, simple and have I mentioned delicious? I have it everyday at around 5 pm which gives me the energy to keep on going with my day.
