Everything to know about the Charmed Reboot

After years of debate and questioning on whether or not the CW would relaunch Charmed, the network finally announced that the show will be getting a reboot this Fall.

Following the release of the trailer a few weeks ago, we finally got some more information on the new show, the cast and the story.

The reboot will be introducing Melonie Diaz, Sarah Jeffery and Madeleine Mantock as sisters Mel, Maggie and Macy Vera.

The story will be similar to the original one that ran from 1998 to 2006 – following their mother’s death, three sisters in their 20’s learning about their family’s ancestry all while dealing with their new powers.

The original cast will not be part of the reboot as this is a completely independent story from the original – the only things that links both shows are the similar name and story line.

You can watch the trailer below:

The show will air this Fall on Sunday at 9 PM after Supergirl.

Are you planning on watching the show? Were you a fan of the original one?

Justin Timberlake’s “SoulMate” will be your new Summer Jam

Surprise, surpriiiise. It didn’t take too long for Justin Timberlake to come back to his old roots. Following Man of the Woods, JT dropped “SoulMate” yesterday (Monday, July 2nd) taking us back to that old school sound we all adore.

The song starts with a very bold “summer starts now” from Timberlake over a very low bouncing rhythmic keyboard. The song’s constant similar rhythm sets the mood for a very relaxing and chill summer ambiance.

This song follows the other successful summer jams that the singer has dropped throughout his career. To name a few, “Can’t Stop The Feeling” and “Summer Love” have also been named songs of the summer in their respective year so it wouldn’t be a shock to see this song receiving the same title.

The song was produced written by Nineteen85 (who also helped creating “Hotline Bling” and “One Dance” by Drake) Timberlake, along with Lechas Young, James Fauntleroy, Jagged Edge’s Brian Brandon Casey and Gary Smith.
